Help us understand the issue
Include the calculator name, the selected mode, the expected result and the steps that led to the issue. Use invented example numbers where possible; do not send confidential financial details. Your calculator inputs are not automatically attached to an email.
Calculation corrections
Describe what you expected and what appeared, including units, currency, selected options and whether you used Basic or Advanced mode. A screenshot can help, but remove customer names, shipment references and other private information.
Privacy questions
For a privacy request, describe the information or correspondence concerned. Do not send passwords, identity documents or financial account details. Calculator inputs cannot be retrieved from a saved account because the application does not keep one.
